CPU
Casting PU (CPU), which is produced by reacting liquid resins in the casting process, is a main type of PU with the largest output.
CPU properties:
Liquid materials are cast or injected into the mold, react and then solidify to form the final shape. Large, thick and complex products can be manufactured with this method.
* Optional wheel core materials: metal, plastic, rubber, composite material, etc.
* Little or no mold fee is required as we have most of them in stock.
* Over 30 stocked color options and customized colors available.
* Sand-blasting machines for small and big wheels/roller/parts separately.
* Normal hardness: shore 5A to 98A to 80D,other hardness can be discussed.
* Bearing is optional, import or domestic, included or not.
* Customize according to requirement or drawing ( include axis )
